We loved the location of this hotel as it was near the railway station and easy to come by a bus from there. It was also close to everything we needed access to, including all shopping centres. The staff was friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious with a big window, providing plenty of natural light. The breakfast was good and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out.

Located just a few minutes' walk from the main train station, this budget hostel offers a convenient base for exploring the city. With its central location, all the main attractions are within easy reach. Guests appreciated the helpful owner who provided a map and offered guidance on the city's highlights. The rooms, although small, were equipped with a fan to combat the summer heat. Complementing the comfortable accommodations, a coin-operated coffee machine in the hallway added a nice touch.

The absence of air conditioning in the rooms made for uncomfortably warm nights in the summer.

Andreas, great host, kind and considerate. Location, close to train station, easy to explore Florence. Roof terrace, very nice views over the city. Room, adequate and unexpectedly had a double bed. Staff, lovely and cute, swift to respond. Tips, given by Andrea and his wife were very useful. Luggage storage, allowed us to store our bags after check-out. Budget-friendly, perfect for budget travelers.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly staff and the beautiful lobby. the room was spacious, with exclusive amenities like a jacuzzi and a private balcony with a stunning view of the city. the service was impeccable, with a daily refresh of linens, towels, and toiletries.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow Wi-Fi connection at times. this did not affect our overall experience, and we were still able to enjoy our luxurious stay at this hotel.
